Hi, Rerunning the tractography using reinit, is it an absolute requirement to specify number of control points? It doesn't seem like I can just set reinit = 1 and let the number of control points be the default. Also, is there a trade-off in terms of number of control points? For instance, when reconstructing the forceps major, the default number of control points is already 7, i.e. the highest of any tract. What if I double it? Apart from the fact that it takes longer, is there any drawback to using lots of controls points?
Thank you! LMR
