Dear FS experts I would like to examine associations between cortical thickness and sum scores of a scale (ordinal scale). Accordingly, I would need to conduct Spearman rather than Pearson correlation analyses. Since the post is from 2009, I would kindly like to ask if there is currently any way to conduct a Spearman correlation based analysis in FS or if there will be a way in the near future?
