Follow the same procedures that you used to get the input (--y) to 
mri_glmfit, then run
mri_segstats --seg cache.th13.abs.sig.cluster.mgh --i y.new.mgh 
--excludeid 0 --avgwf avg.thickness.dat

The avg.thickness.dat will be a file with a row for each subject and a 
column for each cluster
