No, there isn't. You can see available command-line options by running trac-all without arguments.

Hey Anastasia,

Is there some way to specify the in line and not by creating a configuration
file?

Hi Katherine - Currently the gradient table is not read from the dicom
header, so you have to specify it. This will hopefully
      change in the next version.

vectors

            Hello Anastasia,

I have been specifying the subject and the first dicom in the DTI
series rather than creating a configuration file,
            and it was working well,
but now that I am trying to use the same approach on data collected
at our collaborating site I am getting:

ERROR: Must specify input table of gradient vectors

Any advice on why it is not able to pull this information from the
probedicom script would be great!
