Hi, I'm trying to apply a transform that was generated between a native subject's T1 and the cvs_avg35_inMNI152 brain. Per the instructions on the mri_cvs_register page, I ran the transformation, but did not save the .fullCVSmorph.t3md file, so I'd like to regenerate it. Here's my command for doing so:
createMorph --out fullCVSmorph.tm3d --template /data/cvs_avg35_inMNI152/mri/brain.mgz --subject /data/orig_subj/mri/brain.mgz --in gcam /data/orig_subj/cvs/final_CVSmorph_tocvs_avg35_inMNI152.m3z morph el_reg_tocvs_avg35_inMNI152.tm3d which produces the following output: atlas geometry = 256 , 256 , 256 image geometry = 256 , 256 , 256 vox 2 ras atlas = -1.000 0.000 0.000 127.000; 0.000 0.000 1.000 -145.000; 0.000 -1.000 0.000 147.000; 0.000 0.000 0.000 1.000; ras 2 vox image = -1.000 0.000 0.000 127.000; -0.000 -0.000 -1.000 147.000; -0.000 1.000 -0.000 145.000; 0.000 0.000 0.000 1.000; product = 1.000 0.000 0.000 0.000; 0.000 1.000 0.000 0.000; 0.000 0.000 1.000 0.000; 0.000 0.000 0.000 1.000; transform at origin 0.000; 0.000; 0.000; 1.000; invalid voxel count = 11890277 extension = tm3d Exception caught while loading morph in file el_reg_tocvs_avg35_inMNI152.tm3d -------- This code runs fine for other subjects, so I'm not sure what's wrong here.
