Hi folks, I would like to create a brain outline based on the generated pial surface. This outline will completely cover the whole cortex (ignoring gyrus and sulcus info) and is treated as a brain outer surface on which some values in the brain could be projected. I tried mris_expand, but it doesn't work for this goal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
