Dear FS group I am looking for a way to compare left to right locations. I searched previous posts and found little there, except a hint that I might use the lh / rh.sphere.reg. I tried using the spheres but found that the locations of the right and left nodes are not identical / symmetrical. should I just find for each LH node the closest one on the RH (on spheres coordinates)? Is there any script for finding left-right homolog nodes on the surface? Thanks Yuval
