After running recon-all -s $subj –localGI, some of my scans finished with
errors stating:

When trying to use qdec to look at LGI, many of my scans are preventing group
analysis with the following error:
Error in Analyze: Couldn't open file
/misc/data14/jen/IRI_Analysis_2/331/surf/lh.pial_lgi.fwhm5.fsaverage.mgh
I would appreciate any guidance with these issues I am having.
