ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu//pub/dist/freesurfer/dev_binaries/centos6_x86_64/dcmdjpeg.fs And replace your existing $FREESURFER_HOME/bin/dcmdjpeg.fs file with the one from the link above.
