Dear list, I would like to make some plots based on the centerpoint of an ROI, so I would like to head if it possible to extract the centerpoint of the ROIs from a parcellation (e.g. the Desikan-Killiany Atlas). By the center point I mean the 3d coordinate, it is not crucial that it is the center it might just be a vertex.
