Hi Anastasia and others, I am sorry if I just did a bad job, but I could not find information on how information from the cortical parcellation is used in the path tracking done by TRACULA, especially, which cortical labels are used as determinants (seed, waypoint) for which tracts.
It would be great if you could point me in the right direction!
