Dear Doug,
I have a small question.
What is the reason that FsFast does motion correction first and then slice time correction?
Does it really make a lot of difference if you change the order of the preprocessing or is this just some ideological stuff?
P.S.
Excuse me for writing your name wrongly in my previous email.
Thank you for quick response.
I am very pleased that one can run FsFast so flexibel.
