r-values are not produced. The coefficients are regression coefficients, 
not correlation coefficients. If you want correlation coefficinets, I 
would do it in matlab. download this

copy it to $FREESURFER_HOME/matlab

The use tksurfer or freeview to view the resulting pcc maps
