Hi, while trying to get a nifti phasemap projected on a surface vie rtview I run into the problem that the overlay has the wrong orientation on the surface.
Loading on overlay: setting the "Registration" to "Calculate identity matrix", loading a identity matrix as registration file didn't have an influence on the wrong overlay orientation. The overlay is already coregistered with the anatomy. That's why the tkregister2 gives the identity matrix as output. Thus this shouldn't be a problem. But still, the coregistered image is loaded in kind of orthogonal orientation to the surface. Using this identity matrix obtained with tkregister2 in freeview gives the expected result, at least for the nifti view. freeview -v path/to/anatomy/brain.nii.gz overlay.nii.gz:reg=FSidentity_from_tkregister2.dat& Any further information needed?
