I am attempting to preprocess resting-state data using the preproc-sess script “preproc-sess -s subject -fsd rest -stc siemens -surface fsaverage lhrh -mni305 -fwhm 4 -per–run” The processing stops shortly after the “register-sess” command (does not complete) and the last line is “Missing }.” My output is as follows: Template.log Template.nii.gz Masks/brain.nii.gz 048/template.log 048/global.meanval.dat 048/global.waveform.dat It looks like the processing stopped in the middle of register-sess but I cannot find “ERROR” anywhere in the log.
