Hello all! I saved clusters as labelfiles with mri_surfcluster (fMRI-Data, surface = self). The labels seem to hold the following data in each row: Vertex-No., x-, y-, z-coordinates of some kind (not so sure about that), and a t-value.
The Label-Vertex-No. and t-value match the output (VtxMax and Max) in the sumfile of mri_surfcluster, while the "coordinates" don't match those in the sumfile. They seem to be neither in Talairach nor in MNI space, at least I don't get matching coordinates with the transforms described here: http://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/imaging/MniTalairach I hope you could shed some light on whether these columns really hold some kind of coordinates, and if you know of a way to transform them into Talairach space!
