Dear FreeSurfer Experts,

I have some labels in .gii format and I can watch them with
freeview (opening one of surf.gii file and loading the label file as an
Annotation file ).

I used mris_convert --annot and then mri_annotation2label to produce
.label files, but derived labels are corrupted.

mris_convert --annot
/home/fsl/Desktop/MPM_and_MSM_labels/L.MPM_Retinotopic_Areas_MSMAll_164k_fs_LR.label.gii
/home/fsl/Desktop/Conte69_164_fs_LR_workbench/Conte69.L.inflated.164k_fs_LR.surf.gii
/home/fsl/Desktop/lh.retino.annot

Then I copied the lh.retino.annot in fsaverage/label.

mri_annotation2label --subject fsaverage --hemi lh --annotation retino
--outdir /home/fsl/Desktop/MySubjects/fsaverage/label

windows8.1-Virtual machine 10- Centos 6.3-freesurfer 5.1-fsl 5.0.7

Thanks for your help,
Elahe'
