Hello all, I’m trying to register and transform a functional image to my high resolution anatomical image. As I understand, it can be done with mri_vol2vol, but the resulting functional image is resampled into 1x1x1 voxels (the resolution of my high res anatomical). Is there a way to transform the functional image so that it is in the same space as the anatomical image while retaining its original voxel size?
