You should set your SUBJECTS_DIR variable to the directory with all the
subjects. Edit the .bashrc/.tcshrc/.cshrc by replacing the current one
with
SUBJECTS_DIR /User/sampada/Desktop/Vaibhav2/

and then run recon-all
