There are 3 missing fsl files from the OSX snow leopard installation. 
They can be downloaded from here:

ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/zkaufman/fsl

Copy them into your "$FREESURFER_HOME/bin" directory.
