Hi Emad - The bvecs file that you sent is formatted so that each column is a gradient vector. The first column is [0, 0, 0] and this corresponds to a b-value equal to 0 in the bvals file. So that's fine. You'll just have to download the latest update to tracula to be able to use this column-wise format, as previously the bvecs file had to be formatted in rows.
