I just have a quick question about how to find the group mean of a significant cluster found in thickness analysis in QDEC. I have run comparison of a number of clinical groups with healthy controls and found several clusters of significant thinning. In the stats table generated by QDEC I can see individual subjects mean thickness but I'm not sure how to get the group mean? If you could help with this it would be much appreciated.
