Hi Daria, this is not something you would do with tkregister. First, you need to map the curvature from the individual subject to fsaverage_sym. You can do this for all subjects in your group with a call to mris_preproc; spec --meas curv instead of --meas thickness. Then load this as an overlay with fsverage sym and see if the curvature patterns matchup.
