Hi, Using anatomical parcellation, I have labels for the occipital and temporal lobes in my subject. I have a functional map in the same subject that I want to show the activity only in the occipital and temporal cortex, and I want to mask the activity in the other parts of the cortical surface. How can I do this with FS-FAST/Freesurfer?
