Hi FreeSurfer! A colleague has retinotopic results that he would like to overlay on the FS surface (most likely fsaverage). The retinotopic data is in 2mm isotropic resolution. What would be the best way to be able to overlay this data correctly? Should he first warp the volume to the volume of fsaverage and then use vol2surf?
