you have to analyze the whole brain and then limit the analysis when you
analyze the group.

Hi everyone:
I met problem about the recon-all process. I got some brain
regions showing group-differences of activation in task. Now, i want
to compare the difference of cortical thickness on these brain
regions. I prefer to limit the compution of cortical thickness on my
regions of interest rather than the whole brain to reduce compution
time. But i do not know how the recon-all works it out. I need your
suggestions.
In addition, assume that i have finished recon-all process on
the whole brain, how can i obtain the cortical thickness of my regions
of interest?
All the best!
