Hi Gabriel Colin27 I believe has been reconned, and if not you can just run it and use our standard tools for mapping. The others you can use the talairach.xfm for, but it won't be terribly accurate. You can't use our training and labeling unless you have the original datasets that went into the atlas. Cheers Bruce
