Hi Heidi, how exactly do you want to draw a conclusion? The slopes for the different variables may be very different because the variables have a different scale. tksurfer scatter plot is made to look at a cortical variable vs a continuous variable. If you want to look at a scatter plot of your continuous variables, why not just do it in matlab or excel? doug
