Dear forum, Has anyone else come across this issue and resolved it? If I try to switch the main volume (after editing the vol), Tkmedit crashes with the following error message:
% Bus error It happens no matter what image I select and only when I try to load a new main volume (not aux volume). I also save the main (edited) volume prior to loading a new image, so I don't know if that has any effect on tkmedit. Either way, the edited volumes have to be saved. I am currently using Freesurfer 5.1 but noticed that this also happened with the 5.0 version. Best, Vy Vy T.U.
