Hi, For others who are looking for the solution to the problem I mentioned earlier -
Running mri_vol2surf in step3 of the instructions given here ( http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/VolumeRoiCorticalThickness), replacing '--reshape' with '--rf 6' did the trick for me. I tried this after going throught the help for mri_vol2surf command.
