If you run the simulation, there should be a file in each contrast 
output directory called something like "cache.th20.abs.y.ocn.dat". This 
has a matrix of numbers. The rows are each subject, the columns are each 
significant cluster.

Not within QDEC. You can run mri_glmfit and give it a mask (--mask).

Correct, you cannot overlay different models in qdec.
