Hello, I just downloaded and installed Freesurfer onto a new computer, and after going through all the steps outlined on the download and installation page, I get the following error when trying to run recon-all:
sudo recon-all -s bert -all FREESURFER_HOME: Undefined variable. However, I have set an absolute path to FREESURFER_HOME: -------- freesurfer-Darwin-leopard-i686-stable-pub-v5.0.0 -------- Setting up environment for FreeSurfer/FS-FAST (and FSL) FREESURFER_HOME /usr/local/freesurfer FSFAST_HOME /usr/local/freesurfer/fsfast FSF_OUTPUT_FORMAT nii SUBJECTS_DIR /usr/local/freesurfer/subjects MNI_DIR /usr/local/freesurfer/mni Any ideas on what is going on? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks! -Andrew
