n my previous post, I just did not realize that the a2009s version was
not included in FS 4.5 package. It will be included in v5.0, to be
released in a couple weeks.
Nick made them available from here:

I suggest you to use the a2009s parcellation avalaibel in the 4.5 FS
distrib:
1/ this problem is soilved in this version, with a clear improvement

Hi,
There are some "holes" in fsaverage lh cingulate labels in the
a2005s annotation. For example, vertex 16631, between the cingulate
gyrus and sulcus is part of the superior frontal gyrus label. Same
with vertices 20390 and 141081. Is that an error? This is a problem
for us because it creates holes in our ACC labels.
