For upsampling you can try the command,
mri_convert -vs 0.1 0.1 0.1 <input_volume> <output_volume>

In effect I obtained the resampled image but the final dimension is still 256 x
256 x 256, so my image result cropped.
how can I obtain the entire field of view?
