Hi Bruce, Ok, so if I wanted to run multiple recon-all jobs in parallel, how would I go about in doing that? My one problem is that I am running FS on an emulator (VMware). And I'm wondering if that will stop me from running multiple jobs? And if not, how would I go about doing this on the super computer I was talking about previously?

You just launch multiple recon-all jobs in parallel. cheers Bruce On Fri, 23 Oct 2009, Ahmed, F, Me <fah...@sun.ac.za> wrote: > Hello FS experts, > > I have a large number of subjects to go through with running FS and I was > wondering if there is any other way that I can speed this process up?
