Hi Bruce,

Ok, so if I wanted to run multiple recon-all jobs in parallel, how would I go
about in doing that? My one problem is that I am running FS on an emulator
(VMware). And I'm wondering if that will stop me from running multiple jobs?
And if not, how would I go about doing this on the super computer I was talking
about previously?

Thanks,
Fatima

Hi Fatima,

yes, we do this all the time. You just launch multiple recon-all jobs in
parallel.

cheers
