Hello Jorge, There is no such thing as a "corrected p-value" for a FDR analysis. FDR returns a p-value threshold (for the original vertex or voxel-wise p-values) such that if you threshold the data at that p-value, you can expect on average that the fraction of false-positive vertices will be equal to the "false discovery rate" (i.e., "q" value) that you selected for the analysis.
