Thank you Bruce, So, if I want to report the volume of the Corpus Callosum, I should add up the volumes of CC_Posterior, CC_Mid_Posterior, CC_Central, CC_Mid_Anterior, CC_Anterior only. The ctx-?h-corpuscalosum/wm-?h-corpuscallosum is just useless and better to remove them from wmparc.mgz since they corrupted the wmparc volume. The aseg.mgz is right one to look at Corpus Callosum area. Am I right?
