Hi, Just wondering whether it is possible to extract values from an overlay created on fsaverage for aparc parcellated regions e.g. the mean of a statistical test parameter for specific aparc ROIs?
I know it is possible to extract values for individual subjects on the basis of fsaverage ROIs, but all I would need is the mean for individual ROIs on fsaverage.
