Dear FS experts I am wondering whether it is possible to do an voxel-wise analysis on the subcortical segmentations similar to a voxel-based morphometry (VBM) in SPM or FSL. Because there is no .mgz file that encodes the probability that a particular voxel belongs to a particular tissue type (GM or WM) in the mri folder of the subject, I guess that it is not possible (yet), right?
