Dear FS experts I loaded the aseg results in tkmedit. When I navigate over the image all three Talairach coordinates change, which does not make sense for me. Actually I expected that only two coordinates changed when moving over the image. In the volume index of the "Mouse" section, only two number change and the third number keeps at a specific value. Although I had loaded the image coronally, it is the third number that keeps at a specific value. Does the third number is not the z-coordinate?
