Hi,
I am new for FreeSurfer, and I am learning FreeSurfer tutorial now. I did some manual edit on subject subject2_before, then I ran the command:
recon-all -autorecon2-wm -subjid subject2_before
I got error message as following:

mri_fill: could not read segmentation from aseg.auto.mgz
reading segmented volume aseg.auto.mgz...
ERROR: cannot find /mnt/users.q.shares/xu.HdYGoTF9TrNMuSf90eLH/Analysis/freesurfer/freetutorial/buckner_data/tutorial_subjs/subject2_before/mri/aseg.auto.mgz
No such file or directory

Any thing wrong? or can I change the tutorial sample data when I learn the example?
