Hi Nick, I just upgraded to the new version -- freesurfer-Darwin-tiger-i686-stable-pub-v4.0.5, and it seems now that I can't start qdec at all. The only error returned is "Bus error".
I ran the ldd command again and there were still the links to files in /pubsw/... BTW, I'm running this on a Mac Pro Tiger with the latest updates.
