Hi Nick, Regarding the parcellation display in Qdec;
Is it possible to load aparc.a2005.annot instead of aparc.annot? "Parcellation Display: The cortical parcellation is loaded into Qdec upon opening. On the Display tab you can adjust the annotation opacity.
