Hi all, I have a functional average (using FSL group analysis) and an anatomical average (using Freesurfer make_average_subject) across 6 subjects.
(The functional average shows strong activation patterns in FSL ouput, report.html) However, when I overlay the averages, the expected functional activation was almost negligible. Would someone please suggest where I start tackling the problem? Thanks.
