Hello, I have a high resolution image covering the back third of the brain obtained from surface coils and wm fill fails, it tells me that it doesn't find the corpus callosum. This makes sense because it is not a full brain. But I was wondering if there was a way around this and have the program continue to make progress rather than fail and stop. Thanks for the help!
