Hi all,
I have encountered a few errors that seem to be caused by mritotal when
creating the talairach.xfm file. I've attached environment information
and the error output below.
I'm running FreeSurfer (20040218) on OSX 10.3 using the MNI tools
provided with the FreeSurfer distribution. (mritotal is v 1.11.2.1
2003/11/17.) I'm also using perl v5.8.1-RC3.
Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a solution?
