Yes. That is the landing page that lists the available repositories. They are 
links. I only keep a single “latest and unstable” repo on my server. So, you 
would select that repo.

That will go into that repo. It will provide a list of package groups. Also at 
the bottom of the page are a few other links related to that specific repo. For 
example, there is a link for an RSS feed.

Once you select a group, you will see a list of all the available packages for 
that group.

Select a package and you will be provided with some information regarding the 
package and a link to download the latest version.

If there are other older versions available. There will be links further down 
the page to for those versions with will take you to the page specifically for 
that other version.

The Lynx Text Browser works extremely well with the site under DOS.  I did try 
a few other DOS browsers. But, they had various issues. Some had problems with 
CSS. Some just seemed to go inert after the page loaded ignoring the url links.
