That's a pretty cool project! I like these small systems that can run FreeDOS. I have a Pocket'386 which does the job for me, but the Zimaboard looks very interesting too.
Since it's running over a network (VNC) I'm curious what the performance is like for things like games. I'm assuming you don't get sound from this device, but how well does it play games without sound?
