According to http://www.bttr-software.de/freesoft/comm1.htm there is a traceroute (tracert) included with wattcp32. Other implementations could exist as well, but for example classic 16-bit Watt/TCP and Brutman's mTCP do not seem to include it. I probably overlooked a number of traceroutes.
