No, I can't.  As I said earlier I haven't tried any of them, at least that I 
remember (I may have tried some of them a long time ago but ultimately chose 
HOC).  The web page does list some of those features (like which are TSR's).  
All of them are free to use and distribute (as are all the programs on that web 
site).
